2nd National Scientific Conference: Menopause Redefined: the New Dawn

MENOPAUSE REDEFINED: THE NEW DAWN

The Postgraduate Course will include discussions on the pervasive impact of the WHI study, the role of individualized risk assessment and lifestyle modification in the management of menopausal symptoms, and the role of complementary and alternative therapies and custom-compounded bioidenticals in the management of menopausal symptoms. Also discussed will be an overview of estrogens, what we pair with estrogens, and pearls in patient counseling. The Sigma-Pfizer Young Physicians Award in Menopausal Health, will be awarded to 24 young physicians who show promise and interest in menopausal health research and practice”, says Dr. Susan Goldstein, the Scientific Program Co-Chair and Member of the Award Selection Committee. “Interested candidates should visit the conference website and apply for the scholarships. The criteria for application is outlined on the website. The deadline for application is June 15, 2015.
