Dr. Sergey I. Moskovtsev in the Director of Andrology at the CReATe Fertility Clinic since 2009, was trained in his native Russia before he completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics, University of Minnesota in and at the Division of Andrology, Department of Urology, University of Utah in Salt Lake City under supervision of Dr. Douglass Carrell.

In Canada, Dr. Moskovtsev completed followed by a three-year Research Fellowship at the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto Canada. He is an active member of American Society of Andrology since 2003 as well the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society since 2001 where he recently served for three years as chairman of its Andrology Special Interest Group and Advisory Council. He has received an appointment in 2010 as the Assistant Professor with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. 

He is involved in intensive research collaboration with several medical institutions across North America. 

His research interest includes idiopathic male infertility, sperm DNA damage, sperm aneuploidy, telomeres. His research has resulted in a number of peer-reviewed papers, a book chapter, and presentations at the national and international meetings.
