Obesity in Pregnancy (COSSOPP)

We are recruiting participants for a two-part survey that will enable you to identify what pregnancy- and long-term outcomes you consider important, which should therefore be reported and measured in studies. You are eligible if you are at least one of:

• A plus-sized woman who is or has been pregnant
• A healthcare professional involved in the care of pregnant women with elevated body mass index (physician, registered dietician, allied health specialist, nurse, midwife, researcher, guideline developer, etc.)

Cardiac Disease in Pregnancy (COSCarP)

Participants for the Delphi consensus are being actively sought. If you have a cardiac condition and are or have been pregnant, and are interested in participating in this Delphi survey, please contact the investigators. Also contact us you are a physician, allied health specialist, nurse, midwife, researcher or guideline developer involved in the care of pregnant women with heart disease and keen on participating in the Delphi survey stage.

• A healthcare professional involved in the care of pregnancies complicated by vasa previa, including physicians, allied health specialists, nurses, midwives, researchers, guideline developers, policymakers.

• A person whose current or former pregnancy was affected by blood clots or the need for blood thinners during the course of pregnancy

• A person whose current or former pregnancy was complicated by a critical illness requiring admission to the intensive care unit
• A healthcare professional involved in the care of pregnancies complicated by critical illnesses requiring admission to the intensive care unit and mechanical ventilation, including physicians, allied health specialists, nurses, midwives, researchers, guideline developers, policymakers

We are recruiting participants for phone interviews to determine what pregnancy- and long-term outcomes you consider critical, which should be reported and measured as part of composite adverse obstetric outcomes. You are eligible if you are at least one of:

• A person who is currently pregnant or has had a prior pregnancy
• A family member of someone who is currently pregnant or has had a prior pregnancy
• A healthcare professional involved in the care of pregnant persons including physicians, allied health specialists, nurses, midwives, researchers, guideline developers, policymakers and hospital administrators
